I have been on this path for several years, I am constantly learning how to navigate it and how to embrace the ups and downs and the twists and turns that come with the complexity of the fertility journey.

The journey will be different for everyone, and it is a deeply personal experience. Many need to navigate it in complete privacy and silence, others (like me) find comfort and support in sharing the struggle with friends and family.

 

My hope is that by sharing my experience, it may provide some comfort and support to others and will help to break the chains of silence and stigma surrounding infertility.
